High-Speed Train Station Project – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

 

As an experienced professional in real estate and construction, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of one of the first high-speed train stations located in Jeddah, in the eastern part of Saudi Arabia. This ambitious project, valued at 9.4 billion USD, marked a milestone in the advancement of Saudi Arabia’s transportation infrastructure, aligned with the country’s modernization goals.

 

My role in this project included:

• Overall Coordination: Supervising the design and construction phases, ensuring alignment with international standards and local requirements.
• Project Management: Monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the project was delivered within set parameters.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with multicultural teams, including engineers, architects, and local and international suppliers.
• Technical Challenges Management: Anticipating and addressing constraints related to complex engineering and integrating new rail technologies.

 

This experience enhanced my expertise in managing large-scale projects, particularly in critical infrastructure. It reflects my ability to adapt to the demands of international projects, work in multicultural environments, and turn innovative concepts into tangible realities.
