Missions & Consultations
Our experienced team supports you throughout the construction process, from planning to completion, by providing the following solutions:
Project preparation
by studying calls for tender, drafting specifications for consulting companies, verifying administrative and legal information of the selected companies, drafting and assisting in signing the private works contract and in accordance with the procedure in force for public contracts.
Preparation of authorizations
Once the studies have been validated, requests to administrative bodies, the Ministry of the Environment, roads, municipalities, etc.
Preparation of the construction site
with verifications of administrative procedures for the construction site, organization of a construction site meeting, development of a construction site schedule and coordination with the selected companies and verification of the Specific Health and Safety Protection Plan (PPSPS).
Management of works and site acceptance
The stages will take place through the site opening visit, site monitoring, setting up at least one site visit per week, preparing visit reports to report on the progress of the site, assistance in drafting the Site Acceptance Report, statements of reservations and time to remove reservations, preparation of operations prior to acceptance of the works and assistance from the project owner for acceptance of the works.

We develop our studies of metal frame structures based on CM66 and EUROCODE, including for civil engineering.
